About Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center
Tüyap was founded in 1979 by Bülent Ünal as Turkey’s first exhibition company. Headquartered in Istanbul, Tüyap operates in 6 different cities. The rapid growth of the company and increased projects led to the need for larger fairgrounds. To meet this need, Tüyap Istanbul Fair and Congress Centre was established in 1996.
Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Centre is Turkey’s largest and only exhibition center operated by the private sector. In parallel with the growth in Istanbul, Tüyap also invested in Anatolia and opened fairgrounds in Bursa, Konya, Adana and Samsun. In addition, Tüyap has become a global exhibition organization with offices in Moscow, Tehran, Ljubljana, Belgrade, Tbilisi and Skopje and a network of representative offices in 27 countries.
On 1 June 2012, Tüyap merged with Reed Exhibitions (RX) and established a new company under the name Reed Tüyap Fuarcılık A.Ş. Thanks to this joint venture, the trade of the country and the region has developed, wider market opportunities have been provided and the importance of Istanbul in the world exhibitions has rapidly increased.

- There are 14 spacious exhibition halls offering a total of 120,000 m² of indoor space with a net exhibition area of 62,000 m².
- To facilitate conferences and services, it has a dedicated congress and service area with an increased capacity of up to 10,000 people.
- There is an 8,000 m² service building integrated into the fairground.
- TÜYAP Istanbul has a 5-star first-class TÜYAP Palas hotel with a capacity of 259 rooms with direct access to the fairground.
- There are 31 multi-purpose meeting rooms catering for groups ranging from 10 to 750 people.

What Preparatory Facilities Does TÜYAP Istanbul Offer to Exhibitors?
- During the exhibitions, technical support is provided to the exhibitors in determining the location of their stands, standard stand installation and lighting, pediments, electricity, water and air connections.
- The institution, which attaches importance to occupational health and safety, provides support by contacting in any relevant situation.
- Exhibitors are entitled to free car parking in proportion to the contract square metre. In the car park entrance system, the number plate of the vehicles is read automatically. In order to benefit from this service, you need to register your vehicle license plate on MyTüyap Exhibitor Portal.
- Tüyap provides the participants with badges to be used at the entrance and exit of the exhibition either digitally via MyTüyap Exhibitor Portal or from kiosks in the exhibition area.
- There are 14 Cafeterias, 2 A la Carte Restaurants, 1 Patisserie and 2 Bars, catering for all meals of the guests and offering them a pleasant time.
- The needs of visitors and exhibitors from abroad are met by secretarial services in English, Turkish and German.
- Apart from these, hostess services, photography, video service, cleaning services, first aid service, tourism and travel information service, courier service, and taxi service are offered in the fair area.
- The fairground, which also has a petrol station and mini market, has easy access thanks to its integration with the metrobus line. There is also a helipad.
- All kinds of loading, unloading, assembly and disassembly works to be carried out by the exhibitors at Tüyap Fairgrounds, the authorized supplier is carried out by Gruptrans A.Ş.

How to Get to TÜYAP Istanbul Fair Convention and Congress Center?
Access to TÜYAP Fair Convention and Congress Center is quite easy. IETT buses 303, 304, 400, 401, 401T, 402, 403, 404, and 448 lines can be used to reach the center.
Also, if you want to use the metrobus, you can consider taking the Söğütlüçeşme - Avcılar 34AS line from the Anatolian side and then transfer to the Beylikdüzü 34BZ line. From the European side, Zincirlikuyu - Beylikdüzü 34BZ lines will bring you to TÜYAP until the last stop.
You can transfer to the metrobus line to the fairground with various rail system networks in Istanbul from the following stops:
- M2 Yenikapı-Hacıosman Metro at Zincirlikuyu Station,
- 4.Levent - Mecidiyeköy Station with Taksim metro,
