- The fair was attended by 1,045 exhibitors and company representatives from 38 countries.
- Italy, Germany, China, the USA, the USA, the UK, France, France, Iran, Spain, South Korea, Iran, Iran, Iran, Spain, South Korea and the Netherlands were the top 10 countries among the participating companies and company representatives after Turkey.
- 72,652 visitors from 122 countries came to Food-Tech Eurasia. This figure consisted of 59,398 national and 13,254 international visitors.

- 98% of the participants said that the fair met their participation objectives and that they were satisfied with the fair.
- The most common objectives of the participants were to increase their existing business contacts, gain international customers, strengthen the image of the company, gain Turkish customers, introduce new products or services, be a partner in the competition in the market and find an agent-distributor or intermediary.
- The objectives of the visitors were to see innovations, to find new suppliers, to meet with existing suppliers, to get new business ideas, to meet with product experts, to see the leading companies in the sector and find dealers, representatives or distributors.
- 95% of the visitors stated that they achieved their exhibition objectives and were satisfied.
- The events were visited by more than 900 professional private procurement delegations from 31 countries through the Turkish Ministry of Trade and TUYAP foreign offices.

- 1,020 exhibitors and representatives from 38 countries participated in Food-Tech Eurasia 2021.
- Italy, Germany, USA, China, China, Qatar, Taiwan, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Iran, Spain and Japan were the top 10 countries after Turkey among the exhibitors and company representatives.
- 97.4% of the exhibitors said that they were satisfied with the fair and found what they targeted.
- A total of 70,334 visitors came from 128 countries, 58,203 national and 12,131 international visitors took part in the fair. Exhibition satisfaction of 95.2 per cent was achieved among visitors.
- Compared to 2019, the number of international visitors increased by 29% and visitors from 21 new countries were recorded.
- Barbados, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Hong Kong and Kenya were among the first-time visitors.
- Visitors attended the fair to see innovations, establish new business partnerships, meet with existing contacts, and come together with pioneer companies.
- Through the Ministry of Trade and TUYAP foreign offices, more than 921 professional private procurement delegations from 33 countries visited the fair.
